In Vietnam, finding a good place nearby usually means scrolling food groups, map apps with thin reviews, or asking friends. The information is scattered, often outdated, and rarely includes a menu with prices. Loca puts places, honest reviews, photos and menus in one fast, Vietnamese-first app.

Screens
How it's built
The public site is rendered on the server with Go and templ, with HTMX for live filtering, so pages are fast and readable by search engines. Geospatial search runs in PostgreSQL with PostGIS. Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and resized on the fly. A separate React dashboard handles moderation.
